TOWN OF WILLINGTON
MINUTES
SPECIAL TOWN MEETING
November 10,2009
The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m.
First Selectman read the call of the meeting and asked for nominations for a
Moderator. John Patton made a motion to appoint Michael Eldredge as moderator and was seconded
by Robert Wiecenski. .
Motion carried.
Item I..
To see if the townspeople, on the recommendation of the Board of Finance, will authorize the appropriation of $80,000 from the General Reserve Fund to finish the new roof and bay entrance project at the WFD #1 South Station and replace the roof at WFD#1 North Station.
A motion was made by John Patton and seconded by Robert Wiecenski to approve Item I.
No Discussion
Motion carried.
A motion was made by John Patton seconded by Robert Wiecenski to adjorn the meeting 7:05
